Hi! I'm Georgina

Yoga teacher, personal trainer and nutrition coach


What started as a way to connect me back to my body after battling it for far too long became a huge passion for nutrition, weight lifting, running and yoga. And now I hope to help others feel good, to better understand fitness and nutrition, so they  can confidently go about their lives without restriction or extremes.
