EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE FEBRUARY WEEKEND YOGA RETREAT

1st - 2nd February, 2020

It has snowed every time I’ve hosted a retreat in February - something that has always added to the cosiness of hiding inside the wooden walls of the Acorn. We wrap ourselves up in blankets, read the books that Katie (who owns and created the Acorn) has gathered over the years, drink heaps of tea, eat delicious warming food, and, of course, do lots of yoga.

The weekends are always super chilled. You get time to relax and create some space for yourself, which I think, many of us can agree, is often something we don’t do enough of. There is a sauna and a steam room at the Acorn, and you have the option to look in for a spa treatment should you like. Over the course of the weekend we will also practice yoga three times together - the classes are slightly longer than average studio class, running for over an hour, which gives us the time to dive into flow and movement a little deeper. And we will eat three nutritious plant based meals, home made by me.

Some notes…

The retreat is for all levels, but some yoga experience is recommended - however if you are interested but are a complete beginner please contact me and we can talk in more depth about this.

Come together or alone - we always have a mix of people coming along.

The rooms are shared. However this has only been a positive thing in the past, so please don't worry if you are coming alone! Plus, we do not spend much time in the rooms; there is plenty of space to find alone time should you wish for it.
