YOGA RETREAT: OCTOBER 3-4 2020

OCTOBER YOGA & WELLNESS RETREAT

3rd-4th October 2020

The Acorn Wellness Retreat, Harrogate

Retreats at The Acorn are always kind of magical. Every year I am surprised by how well The Acorn transforms and moves with the seasons; in Summer we open the doors wide to let the outside in, in Autumn and Winter we close everything off, protected from the elements in cosy cubby holes, wrapped in blankets, cuddling steaming cups of tea.

I tend to theme my retreats in line with the seasons too; from the food I cook to the classes I teach, and this October will be no different. In the Spring I cook cool, bright foods, previously large salads, homemade ice cream, fruity Bircher muesli. Whereas this October I'll focus on creating something warm and hearty. And our practice will reflect this in some ways too, with a slow/ yin style flow on Saturday evening

Pricing.

£195 PP

(*3 non-stay/ day spots are also available at £150 each)

(** A note on COVID. This year I am taking bookings slightly differently. Since we don't know where we might be come October I feel it is best to ask for a £50 returnable deposit to book your spot, with the remaining £145 to pay a week before the retreat assuming all is well!)

A few additional notes.

The retreat is for all levels, but some yoga experience is recommended - however if you are interested but are a complete beginner please contact me and we can talk in more depth about this.

Come together or alone - we always have a mix of people coming along.

The rooms are shared (just in twos and one three). However this has only been a positive thing in the past, so please don't worry if you are coming alone! We do not spend much time in the rooms; there is plenty of space to find alone time should you wish for it.

You can have a look at the beautiful space that is The Acorn by checking out their website HERE.
