EASY PROTEIN CHOC CHIP COOKIES 🍌🍪

{makes 6 mini bites}



50g oats

40g vanilla protein powder

1/2 large banana, mashed (approx 60g)

40g yogurt (I used coconut)

1/4-1/2 cup of milk (amount will vary depending on protein powder type & make)

1/5 tsp baking powder


Method:

+ Preheat oven to 180 and line a baking tray

+ Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. You’re after a smooth cookie dough consistency.

+ Spoon cookie shapes onto the baking sheet

+ Bake for 8-10 minutes
